CeeV terms of service
Rules for a one-off CV preparation order and optional templates.
1. Document status and seller
These terms are a working draft. Before accepting payments, the seller's full name, address, registration details, tax number and contact address must be added.
2. Scope of the service
CeeV organises information supplied by the user and prepares CV content in the selected style. The base order includes one edit, manual editing and exports as a visual PDF, ATS PDF and ATS DOCX. Three basic templates are included.
Premium and Pro templates are optional, individually purchased add-ons. Changing an unlocked template does not trigger another content edit.
3. Technical requirements
An up-to-date browser with JavaScript and local storage enabled is required. The user is responsible for saving downloaded files on their device.
4. Order and price
Before payment, the user sees the full summary, selected template and total price in PLN. The price is a one-off charge with no account or subscription. An order is created only after the required consents are accepted and it is submitted to the payment provider.
5. Payment and fulfilment
Payment details are handled by an external provider. CeeV stores no card numbers or authentication codes. The provider first authorises the amount without charging it. For a CV order, capture happens only after generation and secure storage; a preparation error cancels the authorisation.
6. Digital content and withdrawal
The user may request delivery of digital content before the statutory withdrawal period expires. The final wording of this section must be legally reviewed before sales launch.
7. Access to the order
Server access to the order and result is limited to 24 hours after the document is prepared and tied to an anonymous session token. A change of IP address does not remove access. The user should download the finished files.
8. Responsibility for data
The user supplies only true information they are entitled to use. CeeV does not guarantee recruitment outcomes and does not knowingly add unconfirmed achievements.
9. Complaints and contact
Before sales launch, a help address, complaint procedure, expected response time and mandatory consumer information must be published.
