Key information about payment, preparation and downloading your documents.
Payments are not active yet
The interface and secure order flow are ready, but the payment provider remains disabled until configuration and sales documents are approved.
How long does preparation take?
After payment confirmation, the app analyses the information, may ask up to four optional questions and then prepares the document. Paid generation attempts are never retried automatically.
Where can I find the finished files?
Once ready, you can download a visual PDF, ATS PDF and ATS DOCX. Server access expires after 24 hours, so save the files on your device.
Payment was interrupted
Returning from the payment provider does not unlock the product. If the status was not confirmed, return to the order summary. CV preparation will not begin if payment fails.
